SHIPPING POLICY
Accompany works directly with artisans around the world. While most global goods ship from our headquarters in New York, select products might come directly from the workshop itself. In either case, orders are processed within 2 business days (usually faster), and dispatched to you as soon as available. Most goods ship within 5 business days and are delivered to destinations within the continuous 48 United States within 10 business days. Custom orders, large quantity, and any orders coming from multiple locations might be shipped later or in multiple packages, at our discretion.
Orders coming directly from us can be expedited, within reason and at additional cost. Please be aware that not all of our artisans are able to expedite orders.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or revise carrier service. In select instances, modifications might be made to the delivery address. While in transit, Accompany and our global network of artisans is unable to assist with any information not provided by the carrier.
In the instance of lost or stolen packages, please contact us for help. We will do our best to replace your order and file claims with the associated carriers. The final decision on claims rests with the carrier alone and we have no influence on the outcome or timing of those processes.

RETURN POLICY
Accompany will gladly refund purchases within 14 days of the delivery date.
Merchandise may be returned for store credit for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as they were received. Return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of your RMA number to be eligible for a refund.
All items on SALE, purchased using an additional promotional discount code, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the artisan or manufacturer. Accompany cannot process returns sent back to manufacturers.
If you wish to return or exchange your order:
- Email orders@accompanyus.com to receive an RMA number and return shipping label
- Affix the label to the original or different packaging & drop off your return at any USPS location
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will contact you by email to let you know the status of your refund. Once confirmed, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment, less an $8.95 return shipping fee.
Accompany is not liable or responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages – inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be directed to your selected postal carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience.
EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original delivery date. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, imperfections and natural variations are commonplace. Unfortunately, we can only accept exchanges due to sizing issues or defects. Each item purchased may be exchanged only once. Subsequent attempts will be treated as returns and are subject to the same policies.
Please include in your email to orders@accompanyus.com the reason for your exchange, any sizing issues, and/or any other information we will need to process your request.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Accompany will gladly accept international returns following the same policies above.
Once your return is received we will contact you by email to let you know the status of your refund. Once confirmed, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer flat fee return shipping on international exchanges at this time.
Accompany is not responsible for paying any import duties or customs fees for international shipments.
